The Oklahoma Ambulance Association's Annual Stars of Life event celebrates the dedication and service of EMS providers and support staff from across the state.
OKAMA Stars nominees receive a commemorative medal, challenge coin, and program booklet in recognition of their selection. Additionally, one OKAMA Star will be selected by the nomination committee for an all-expense paid trip to Washington, DC to represent OKAMA at the American Ambulance Association's Stars of Life June 11–13.
What Do I Need to Nominate A Star?Before you nominate your Star online, please gather the following information and materials. This will make your nomination process a snap!
All Star nominations must be received by April 1. 2018.
This is a formal event. Coat and tie or service dress uniforms are recommended.
Each Star is permitted up to two guests (including Host organization leaders), as indicated during the registration process. Additional guests are billed to the Host organization at $45 each.
Ample free parking is available onsite at the OHC.
