Funds Available for H1N1 Pandemic Supplies

The following attachment shows step-by-step procedures for member agencies to apply for funds to help your service receive H1N1 Pandemic Supplies. Do this today, as the deadline for submission of the application packet is 3:00 pm, September 8, 2009 to the address shown on page 1 of the following documents. The deasline must be met - don't be late. A copy of the application and cost estimates from two of our regular supporters, BoundTree Medical (Eddie Watson 918.289.4984) and Alliance Medical (Ken Schrum 405.659.0838, can be found in the "Download" section of the web site.
