INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS

The Western Payne County Ambulance Trust Authority ("WPCATA" or "Trust") announces an invitation for proposers to submit proposals for the provision of emergency and non-emergency ambulance services in western Payne County, Oklahoma; serving the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma and the surrounding area. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled to be released on April, 16, 2010. The successful proposer will be granted a contract for an initial period of five (5) years, beginning, February 1, 2011, and will have the opportunity to earn up to three (3) one-year earned extensions. A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Stillwater Medical Center, located at 1323 West Sixth, Stillwater, OK 74076. Proposers are encouraged to attend, as this conference will be an opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications concerning the RFP and the procurement process.
